This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you (as a user of the TrainME Tool) of the ways in which we collect your Personal Data, how we use your Personal Data and the ways in which we will share any Personal Data you provide to us. 2.1 We will collect and process the following Personal Data about you:

  • (a) Contact data Personal Data that you provide to us for contact purposes. These are your name, email address and telephone number.
  • (b) Questionnaire data We ask the user to complete a questionnaire as part of their use of the TrainME Tool. We collect the data the user provides in the completed questionnaire to generate a selection of Mitsubishi Electric training courses suitable for their training needs based on the data they input to the tool.
  • (c) Marketing data These are the user's marketing and communication preferences for receiving marketing from us.

2.2 We do not collect any special categories of Personal Data about you (details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any data about criminal convictions and offences.

3. Sharing Your Personal Data

3.1 We will share the user's Personal Data for the purposes we explain in this Privacy Policy to third parties.
